If your vet uses FetchPay™ – it's all handled in the waiting room. Your vet submits the claim, we check your cover in around 15 minutes during FetchPay™ hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8am–5pm, Sun 8am–1pm AET), you pay your share in the app, and we pay the rest of the bill straight to the clinic in real-time, on NPP. No reimbursement to chase, no big upfront bill to cover.
Two things you'll need to have done first:
Added your vet in the Fetch app
Completed your pet's pre-existing condition checks
If your vet doesn't use FetchPay™ yet – you'll generally pay the full invoice at the clinic, then submit your claim through the app. We'll reimburse your share back to your bank account once your cover is checked. Want us to nudge your vet about getting set up? Message us in chat!
