Why we started Fetch
We're a team of vets 👩⚕️, vet nurses, techies and insurance pros (and pet parents!) who've spent years in vet clinics and leading pet insurers, caring for over 1 million pets 🐶🐱.
We want every pet to have access to the best vet care with great cover! We’ve built our own platform, product and app 📲 to make insurance super easy for you and your vet.
We take care of everything from getting cover setup, managing claims, to chatting to you about all things pets 💬, all under our AFSL. The insurance is underwritten by Pacific International, who have around 20 years experience in Australia.
Fetch Pet Health is Australian owned and operated 🇦🇺. We’re backed by leading Australian and global investors including Airtree and Lightspeed, alongside vets, insurance leaders, pet retail experts, startup founders, and technology operators. PS we're not affiliated with Fetch Pet Insurance in the United States (formerly Petplan).
