2. Who can enter

• Australian residents aged 18 or over.

• You must be a current Fetch Pet Insurance customer.

• Fetch employees, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running this promotion can’t enter (sorry!).

3. When it runs

• Starts Friday 19th December 2025 at 12.00pm (AEDT).

• Ends Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 6.00pm (AEDT).

• Entries outside this window won’t count.

4. How to enter

You can earn entries during the competition period in the following ways.

Leave us a review

• Share a review of your experience with Fetch Pet Insurance on a public platform:

  Google Reviews, ProductReview, Trustpilot, the App Store, or a public video review.

• Remember to include your name and pet’s name so we can identify the entry as yours.

• You’ll get one entry per review, per platform.

Bonus entry

• Follow Fetch Pet Insurance on Instagram or Facebook, and post a photo of your pet in their best Christmas outfit on Instagram or Facebook, using #Fetchmas and tag @FetchPetAU.

5. A few ground rules

• Entries must follow the steps above.

• Photos must be your own and must not breach anyone else’s rights.

• Content must be appropriate and lawful.

• Reviews must be written by the policyholder and reflect a real experience with Fetch.

6. How we choose the winner

• This is a game of skill. There’s no luck involved. Each entry willl judged on its creativity and Fetch-masy vibes.

• A Fetch judging panel will review all valid entries.

• Judging happens at 3.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 30 December 2025.

• One entry will be picked as the overall winner.

• We’ll contact the winner by an in-app chat within one day of judging.

7. The prize

• One $1,000 Visa or Mastercard e-gift voucher.

• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and we can’t accept responsibility for any changes in value.

8. Winner announcement

• We’ll contact the winner by phone within one day of judging.

• We may share the winner’s name and entry on Fetch channels.

9. Using your entry and your info

• By entering, you give Fetch permission to use your entry for marketing and promotion.

• This includes our website, social media, and other Fetch content.

• No extra payment is owed for this use.

• We’ll handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy

• You confirm you have consent from anyone appearing in your content.

10. General stuff we have to say

• We can verify entries and disqualify anything that doesn’t follow these terms.

• If the prize isn’t available, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value.

• Our decision is final.

• This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed, or run by Facebook or Instagram. You release them from any related liability.

11. Liability

• To the extent allowed by law, Fetch isn’t responsible for any loss or damage connected to entering or winning this promotion.
