You love crafting beautiful, pixel-perfect experiences and obsess over smooth interactions, clean code, and blazing-fast apps. You’ve shipped real-world apps, owned UI from concept to release, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data.

You're adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive on direct feedback. You care deeply about user outcomes, know what "great" looks like, and hold a high bar for yourself and others.

Your role

📱 Own our apps for pet parents, vets, and customer care teams end-to-end

🖌️ Build beautiful, responsive UI components, collaborating closely with design

⚡ Optimise performance, squash UX/UI bugs, and ensure apps feel fast, intuitive, and delightful

🛠️ Set front-end best practices, write clean code, and lead thorough code reviews

📈 Monitor real-world app performance, responsiveness, and user experience

🚀 Stay ahead of trends, testing new tech to keep our apps best-in-class
