Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We've raised our Series A from Lightspeed and Airtree, customers love us (rated #1 by Choice Magazine), 4.9⭐️ reviews, and we're growing FAST.

We're looking for a creative builder to grow Fetch. Someone with taste, energy, and the ability to take an idea live in a day.

• Location: Sydney (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu in-office)

• Compensation: Series A salary + meaningful equity

• Tooling: Cursor, Claude Code, Next.js, Tailwind, n8n, Make – whatever you need to ship fast, no token limits

🚀 What you'll do

• Ship growth experiments weekly – landing pages, referral loops, SEO pages, comparison tools, onboarding flows

• Design and build web surfaces that look great and convert

• Build agents and automations that compound your output

• Turn real Fetch insights (customer questions, objections, reviews, product releases) into things people actually want to click on

• Keep SEO sharp: performance, schema, internal linking, quality

🏆 What great looks like

In your first 90 days you'll have shipped 10+ experiments, built at least one agent that runs without you, and own a dashboard the whole team checks weekly. You'll have a portfolio of Fetch pages you're genuinely proud of.

🧠 What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Taste. You've built things that look and feel great – not just things that work. Show us landing pages, tools, or experiments you think are beautiful

• Builder instinct. You can go from idea to live page in a day. You don't wait for specs, designs, or permission

• Frontend skills. You're comfortable in React/Next.js and Tailwind, or you can learn fast. You build in the browser, not in Figma

• Experiment discipline. You've shipped a growth experiment and can show before/after results – conversion lift, organic growth, referral performance

• AI-powered workflow. You use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to build at 10x speed. You've built automations or agents that meaningfully increased your output

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with CMS platforms and programmatic page generation

• A/B testing and experimentation platforms

• Analytics tools – GA4, PostHog, Hex, or similar

• SEO or AEO experience at scale
