FetchPay™ is how we work directly with your vet to handle claims and payments in the waiting room, so you don't have to pay the full bill and wait for reimbursement.
When your vet is set up on FetchPay™ (and your pet's pre-existing checks are done), they can submit the claim straight to us at your visit. We'll usually have an outcome in around 15 minutes during FetchPay™ hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8am–5pm, Sun 8am–1pm Australian Eastern Time). You pay your contribution (excess + your share of the cover) in-app, and we pay the rest of the bill directly to your vet in real-time, on NPP, with no fees.
You'll see a FetchPay™ tag next to your vet in the app once they're set up. If your vet isn't on FetchPay™ yet, let us know and we can invite them.
