We have a cooling off period of 14 days from when you purchase your pet's plan, which means if you change your mind or find the product isn't right for you, you can cancel within 14 days and get your premium fully refunded.
Not to worry, even if you cancel after 14 days, we'll still refund you the days of cover remaining in the month.
