How quickly are claims processed, and how long does it take for reimbursement?

If Fast Claims have been set up, we aim to process claims within 15 minutes.

Otherwise, we aim to process claims within 24 hours.

Remember that we may need more information, such as documentation or clarification. This can affect the time it takes to process a claim as we gather everything necessary.

Once we've checked the claim and completed payment, the claim usually takes around 3 days to reach your account.
