It’s easy - When you’re at your vet, let them know you’re with Fetch and ask them to submit a pre-approval. They'll need to send us an itemised quote (invoice) and medical records. Once we've checked the pre-approval, we will let you both know what we can cover.
Please note that things can change from pre-approval to claim, for example the treatment type, or cause, which may affect the final outcome of the claim. Pre-approvals are valid for 28 days.
