Simply go to the treatment section of your App, tap ‘New Claim’, select the claim type and follow the on-screen prompts. Vet fee claims are really easy, just let us know a few details and we will handle the rest with your vet.
For other claims where you’ve had to pay something (e.g. a pharmacy claim for medication, or an invoice for physio) you can upload or take a new photo of your invoice.
Once you click submit, we’ll let you know if we need anything else, and you can track your claim’s progress in app. We’ll message you once everything is taken care of.
Your vet also can start a claim for you. Just let them know you’re with Fetch, and you’ll get a confirmation once they’ve submitted it to us.
