Definitely! Through the Fast Claims process we aim to give more clarity of cover. This lets our customers know if there are any pre-existing conditions which we can’t cover.
In addition, we encourage pre-approvals for specific conditions or treatments so you can check cover. This is useful if you are still worried about pre-existing condition, or if you’d like to check that the type of treatment is covered.
A pre-approval is always our best view at the time, so remember that things can still change between pre-approval and claim, for example the actual treatment provided, or the costs invoiced. This means the outcome, such as the paid amount, could still vary.
