We aren't just improving things for our customers - we are working on something for you, too. We know the process of submitting insurance claims can sometimes be tricky. That's why we are building a new Vet Portal that offers the same levels of ease and functionality as our customers app. You'll be able to look up cover (things like waiting periods, benefits, limits, excesses, and contribution), check for pre-existing conditions, and get help when you need it.
